does anybody know if a official and legal version of msn messenger is available to use ?

No, not specificly made for the PSP. Why would Mircosoft make software for rival Sony's product? You can however just sign in to MSN using ebuddy.com in the PSP's browser :)

lol i never thought about that but ebuddy is not normal. evrytime u write u have to press write about 10 times

you can use the mobile version of msn messager on you psp but it's text only.
