I can't decide if its better to get a psp lite or just stick to playing the ps3. i can't see many games on the ps3 worth getting. (i have Grid, GTA4, Metal Gear 4, and i had Uncharted, Resistance, Oblivion, Devil MaY Cry 4, Call OF duty 4)

For psp i was interested in Silent Hill, and have never played final fantasy cc so was thinking about that.

* I had the first psp but got bored with it. but i never had a ps3 at the time and now it seems you can connect the two for demos and ps1 games.

so what would you decide.

Remote play doesn't work good enough for it to be considered a plus. If you got bored of it before you definitley will again. I got my PSP when the slim ones came out and I got bored of it a while ago. I definitely recommend games. Ratchet and Clank is one of my favorite PS3 games. Try it.

I'm going to have to agree. You sound like a player who burns through games and the PSP won't hold your attention. Also, I'm guessing you have a BC PS3, so Silent Hill Origins is available on the PS2. I would recommend taking a step back. Have you conquered heavy hitting PS2 games like Okami, Shadow of the Colossus, God of War 1 & 2, MGS 1-3? There are so many more I can't count them! You could even get the PSP ports on PS2 like: Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters, GTA: Liberty City Stories, GTA: Vice City Stories, Silent Hill (as previously mentioned), and a few others.

I'd also recommend saving some of that money for the future and just dropping $20/mo at blockbuster for a game pass. Get some games that might be risky, but if you don't like you aren't out money. Try Stranglehold, Condemned 2, Dark Sector, and others. You've really got a great powerhouse of a system, don't put it to waste and neglect it!

And sorry to jump in again, but I find it very hard to believe that you have made the most of GRID, MGS4, and GTA IV. MGS4 hasn't been out long enough for you to have conquered it twice, right? Do you have 100% in GTA IV? They all have online components that are pretty great as well. I used to get caught up in this idea that just because I had money, I had to buy something. The problem is that I never took the time to appreciate games like these three. They are all masterpieces in their own right. I'd consider revisiting them.
