Its already been out for a long long time only out in Asia and Europe. Japan also recently released a champagne gold version. I own the peral white PSP when I went to HK last summer.
They don't have anything here in the US but basic black. If u want another color, u gotta get it through import. A lot of people also order offline (eBay, PLAY-ASIA.com, etc.), unless they actually know somebody living overseas who will send them one.
