When the first PSPs came out in the US they had problems with the square button not reponding or getting stuck since it was to close to the screen and people complained. Sony said thay they were not planing to make the screen any smaller. Much later i read that these problem were sorted out and that the newer shiped PSPs would not have the problem. My question is what did sony do to fix the square button problem since they did not make the screen smaller? also many of you know that a smaller psp is being released. Since it is smaller could it have a chance of having the same launch problem?FrozenDragon123
All the info you need to know about the PSP Slim is HERE.
the first day i got my slim i thought i **** the square up while playing djmax as the button felt looser when you rub it in a circular motion without pushing it down. it also feels a little little less tactile
then i found this thread in the playstation board about the square button:
http://boardsus.playstation.com/playstation/board/message?board.id=psp&message.id=3185761
it apparently has been made so that it's mounted differently as it's too close to the screen
