My question is, if I buy games from the psn, ps1 originals to be specific, can I remove them from my memory card and replace them as many times as I want as long as its the same PSP system?roll_tide_lDoes this apply Even if I download them from psn to my ps3 first and then move them to the psp?
Yes I use the PS3 to download the games then copy them on to the PSP and have a copy on both systems. I just need to know if I have unlimited transfers to those two systems. roll_tide_l
No. I am certain they stated that you will be able to download the title onto up to five licensed machines. So if you put it on your PS3 and then download it to your PSP, that's two of your five alotted 'licenses' which you purchase when you download a piece of software. If your little brother has a PSP andIT IS REGISTERED TO YOUR PSN ACCOUNT, then he can have it too... but the machine in question must have the digital stamp of your PSN account to transfer the software. Which means no, you cannot go to your buddie's house who just bought FFVII and download it onto your machine too... unless you want to forever be associated with his/her account and not your own.
Sony has lots of DRM buggums to make sure that it's at least not "or-a-dumb-ash" easy to figure a way around their right to your money...
I think its total bull that you buy a game and sony can tell you how many times you can DL it, if you buy it it should be yours to use as many time as you like. I understand if its limited to other systems but that's not the case with me, I just want to use it on my two system my psp and my ps3 so if I wanted to make room on my psp memory for other stuff and go back and dl the game later I should be able to do so without limitations I want buy anything else from psn Sony is now trying to sell a digital software only psp go system, I hope people don't buy in to there bull.roll_tide_lI think what they mean is that the game can be associated to 5 systems, so you could delete it and re-download it as many times as you want on your PS3 and PSP.
But let's say you have 5 PS3s and 4 PSPs (don't ask why you just do) then that means you can only have it on 5 of those nine systems, I could be wrong but I believe that's how the system works.
I believe this is (mostly) correct. From the license agreement: "One time fee for use on downloads on up to 5 activated PSP systems and 5 activated PS3 systems" I may be interpreting it incorrectly, but I believe that means 5 different PSP systems and 5 different PS3 systems. I believe the catch is that you need to be logged into the PSN or something in order to authenticate, therefore making it harder to steal games. I am not 100% sure, however, as I have yet to get a PSN game. If someone can give a definitive answer, that'd be great.I think you can only download the game 5 times from the psn store

I believe this part that you said is incorrect:I stand corrected, I think... if I am reading everything correctly...

However, I'm not sure. It seems to me it can be on 5 PSP systems and 5 PS3 systems. I'm assuming each time you install it, you use a license. If you buy 6 PS3s in your lifetime, you will only be able to install FFVII on 5 of them, but you will be able to install it on 5 PSP systems as well.So if you put it on your PS3 and then download it to your PSP, that's two of your five alotted 'licenses' which you purchase when you download a piece of software.

Getting to the PSN is a function on your "Home" page, and you will need a WiFi connection to the internet... if you go to Sony's site they have all sorts of info on the system specs and how to get up to speed and shoveling them cash as fast as you can... believe me, they make it all TOO easy for an addict like me! Also, do a search for "PSPFan" I think it's a .com but not sure, there are a lot of good sites which are OFFICIAL. If you become a modder or a hack, I don't ever want to talk to you again and I hope your goldfish dies.
