Is it true you can only download ps1 games to your psp only if you have a ps3?

if there is any other way, please discuss this...

Yeah at this point you can only download PS1 games for your PSP through Playstation Store on the PS3. :(

For now, the PS3 is the only way. However, Sony plans to release a method of getting them without a PS3 in the future. I guess they just want to keep it PS3 exclusive for a bit.

Without committing a crime that is the only way, I hope Sony gets their act in gear and offers a download app for PC or something.

yup $600 to be able to play a 10 year old game on the PSP isnt exactly worth it... (i like the PS3 im just making fun of its GROTESQUELY high price
