PSP video 9??

i downloaded it twice now and when i try to open it, it sends me and error message and wont open anyone know what might be the problem?

If not could you suggest a different free video converter?

alright so i just tried that new program and i dragged and dropped the video into the video section, turn on the psp and it says unsupported data. am i doing somethin wrongtanmanster
