You get a one year warranty on your PSP when you buy it. If something happens to it you call Sony, and they either fix it or give you a new or refurbished one.
I think bestbuy will say call sony.. the same thing happened to my friend and his ipod it broke and he brang it to best buy and they said call apple... LMAO apple couldent fix it
