I have the opportunity to purchase a PSP Go, for $150 which is in pretty good shape, except it apparently has scratches on the screen. It does have the 1 year Sony warranty though? i was wondering if it could be exchanged after I purchase it? Thanks.

I could be wrong but I don't think they would replace it. Even though its under warranty they would probably just count scratches as general wear & tear and not do anything. You could always take it to Wal Mart and exchange it though if you have the packaging still. They will take anything back with or without a receipt!

They will not take systems back without a reciept so there you are wrong.

Hey Genius, I work at Wal Mart. I work at the CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK. I have to know the POLICIES. POLICY ON RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT: RETURNS ARE TO BE ACCEPTED UPON PRESENTATION OF IDENTIFICATION. ELECTRONICS ARE ACCEPTED AS RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE ONLY.

You can tell me I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure I know my job.

I know I can get banned for this but you Wal-Mart employees are not known for your intellegence. Also the other question I have is if you actually do work at Wal-Mart, why are you suggesting this guy take it to your company to screw them out of money? I'm just rather curious is all.

It doesn't screw Wal Mart out of anything when people return things. Wal Mart MAKES MONEY off of returns, which is why they accept pretty much anything. Go to school and learn basic marketing and you will understand it more, but until then keep acting like you know everything about everything and keep insulting everyone it's all good
