psp won't connect to the internet?

Ok so i just bought a psp off my friend today and I got home and it won't connect to the internet. I have a wireless router but every time I go tonew connection and scan I get an error saying an internal error has occurred. (80410A0B) any suggestions would be great.

is your wireless switch turned on on the PSP?

that seems to be my problem is i turn the switch off and forget!!!

You could try restoring your psp to its default settings.kimbokasteniv

Well if you enter the error number in to google, the results seem this is a hardware problem, as in something is physically broken.

hello all my psp connects to the network fine but it wont go on to websites at all please some 1 help

it connctes to the internet but when i type in a web addres it lodes for ever and then ses that the server timed out
