PSP2 release date

Does anyone know when/if the PSP2 is coming out? I'm considering getting a PSP in a week, but if the PSP2 is coming out soon I may just wait.

It's just a rumor. Don't wait for it.

Plus when and if they do announce it, there will likely be ample enough time to hype the machine.

they may announce something this E3 but i wouldnt hold my breath. I expect something new this year though, be it the 4000 or an entirely new handheld dubbed the psp2. I do believe that nintendo will say something this year about a new DS so sony better step their game up or be left behind again

Doesnt make sence , the Go was released so soon and I dont imagine PSP2 will be backwards compattible, not with UMDs atlest

LOL found someone who wants a "4k" with those specs. :) Too bad I jumped the gun for the GoW Bundle 2 days ago. Even a standardized MHP3 PSP 3000 would be fine by me (hate the shiny plastic finish and the "no good grip" of the psp 3000).. Not gonna bleed my heart out for either though.

the psp2 will be release fall 2011. The rumors come from people inside sony. This is the real deal.

There is not going to be a PSP2 probably, It's only a farfetched rumor, and hell there hasn't even been a date or even a review madeRavenKitari

Very few things are announced with a date and you can't have a review without a finished product.
