ok so i havent yet decided which 2000 or 3000. i mean the 3000 has a brighter screen (i like that). and the slim is slim(i like that too) but isnt the 3000 just as slim as the slim?
The 3000 has the same form factor as the Slim. The screen has a wider color gambut that makes things look great. Plus there's a microphone on the bottom for Skype and the buttons on the bottoms are full circles instead of crescents on the Slim.
so i should get slim and lite becuz i was reading that one forum and slim and lite was winning by 38 but i like that the brite is a brighter screen i dont really care bout slim or lite
Some say the 3000 has horrible scan lines and less natural looking colors. Others say that they can't even see the scan lines and that the wider color gamut is a plus. Really its up to you to decide. Try to look at a 3000 and 2000 side by side and then make a decision on whats better.
I personally feel the 2000 is much better value. Its cheaper than the 3000, and your not missing out on anything. So what if you don't have a microphone. Who cares. You get a PSP to play games.
The screen isn't really brighter on the 3000... It seems your set on getting the 2000, so just get it... Although most stores don't even sell them anymore. You can get it cheap online.
between the 2000 model and the 3000. definately go with the 3000. i upgraded from the psp 1000 and im loving the better screen with NO dead pixels finally. also i have never seen scan lines on the screen once, that might just be a defective one. there is nothing better about the 2000 exept maybe the price, but with ratchet and clank, a umd movie, a 1 gig memory stick and a nice new psp for 199? not too bad id say
Umm.. Ihave a 1000. If I were to upgrade, it would be a 3000 though. I don't like the finger print leaving shell on the black 2000 and 3000 though, and my PSP's have got to be black.
