PSP's best games to date?

I realize that the psp has a lousy selection of games, and on the 19th I'm getting a PSP... so what games do I get besides Grand Theft Auto? Oh yeah, and does the psp core package come with a psp charger? Thanks for your oppinnions!

and others... I can't say too much, but these games are the cream of the crop.

If you like long games, Monster Hunter Freedom will suffice.

Final Fantasy VII : Crisis Core

God Of War : Chains Of Olympus

Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops + (Expansion but a wicked cool one!)

the grand theft autos are good(of course, theyre gta on a handheld!), but you may get sick of them, just a warning

monster hunter is great fun and will last you many months , however it is certainly not a game for everybody. You might not be able to find i, but the second one comes out in september and i reccomend you have a try, you may not like it but if you do, you wont regret it!

tekken is good

sega mega drive collection has sonic 2!! which is awesome... only a little old, >10 years is nothing...

the burnout games are pretty good, may well get sick of them too tho

al of them are great...I'm picking up the slikm bundle on the 10th...sept. .... with Monster hunter freedom2 ...killzone...locoroco and the wifiMAX...!!

I'm only getting the slim cause I can't find the current model anywhere...if you can find the currnt PSP get it...or if you want wait...one thing that's good about the TVput...is that it'll simplify making MHF2 vids for you tube!!

Puzzle Quest- Easily rivals Lumines as the best puzzle game on the pissp
Loco Roco- The one that's worth mentioning again.
Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth- Recreation of VP1, one of the better RPG's to have come out for the Playstation. Period. And unless you're willing to pay $150+ on ebay for the original...
Also, I personally found WTF (Work Time Fun) to be a bit monotonous but right up my alley with the ridiculous humor and over-the-top hillarity. I can see why most would be inclined to disagree, however.

And I honestly have no clue where you got the idea that the PSP was lacking in game selection. O.o
