I was wondering if I could buy stuff say from the JPN store with an OZ CC or are the stores like iTunes where u need to have the country's cc to be able to make purchases, I was really hoping that it'd be the former. Anyone ?
There is a work around to get into other stores. For instance my brother got into the Japanese store to download the demo for Ridge Racer. There are a few steps involved in doing it, but I don't remember exactly what it is. I can check with my brother but by then someone else on here may inform you.

I have actually created jpn acc etc etc but what i would like to know is can i use a cc outside of jpn to say purchase ps1 games from the jpn store....dling the demo is one thing being able to purchase from a foreign store is really what i m after
yes you can...there was an article on 1up.com. You something like you can't add more than $40 at a time and then it won't check the address of the card. Otherwise it will tell you that its out of region.
