Pure White Tendency Demons Soul?

Hi guys I am currently playing in 2-2 (just beat armor spider). Before I get to dragon god i want to get all white tendency so that I can get that sword thats in his lair. Is there an easy way I can achieve pure white before I step into his lair? I'm getting so many different and confusing suggestions on the net on how to achieve this. Any Thoughts?

Just so happens, Demon's Souls servers are in a Pure White tendency event, because of the game going to Greatest Hits. Make sure to level up a lot while the game's easy, however. The second half of October is a Pure Black tendency event.

Are you serious? So you mean I can go to dragon gods lair beat him and pick up the sword...then take it to that guy in the cave?

Also should i login to the servers or stay offline for the pure white?
