I've only ever had PSx emulator for tekken 3 when I was kid, but I want to get into PS at least little bit. The problem is that I can't get PS4, because I am in boarding school, so there is no room for it nor I have room for it at home.
I was thinking about getting 3ds, but I like Vita style better.
Also bonus questions: If you think that I should get it, what games would you recommend?
I am already thinking about getting God of war and neptunia games.

@lordwiesy: I think it's a good choice. You have access to numerous PS1, PSP and PSVita games in your palm. In your case you haven't played that many so you're going to enjoy many, many titles.

I would also recommend higher memory card and if you can grab the PS+ membership.

Games I recommend PS Vita only:

- Little Big Planet, Uncharted : Golden Abyss, Soul Sacrifice, Persona 4, (and Persona 4 dancing all night), Gravity Rush, Killzone Mercenary, Wipeout 2048, Zero Escape: Virtue Last Reward, Final Fantasy X /X-2 remastered, Child of Light, Rayman Origins, Metal Gear Solid HD Collection (My favorite),

That should get you started, also look into amazing PS1 library and don't forget the PSP games as well.

I just ordered one myself. I have a 3DS but I also like the Vita style a lot. I'm not even sure what games to get either. I got monkey ball and LBP because they were super cheap on Prime.

yeah definitely take advantage of the PS1 classics while fleshing out a library of newer games as well. I love revisiting old favorites - currently replaying Chrono Trigger. I also picked up the Sega Genesis mega collection for my PSP for a trip I'm on (which you can play on your Vita as well) - so you can have so many great retro games on there in addition to the newer stuff (Uncharted, Little Big Planet, etc)

If this is your first major foray on the PS line then it wouldn't be a bad choice, you have access to a hell of a wide library. This is just a small assortment of things I'd say to consider across all sorts of genres (which are you into anyhow?), there's so much across the three libraries that if it's all new to you I'm sure you'll find something of interest easily:

Vita: Dead or Alive 5+, Dragon's Crown, Killzone Mercenary, Littlebigplanet Vita, Metal Gear solid HD Collection (4 games), Need for Speed: Most Wanted, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Persona 4G, Rayman Origins/Legends, Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed

PSP: Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles, Dissidia Final Fantasy 012, Grand Theft Auto (2 Stories games and China Town Wars), Resistance Retribution, Tekken 5DR/6, several Ys games,

PS1: Crash Bandicoot 1-3, Final Fantasy 7-9, Resident Evil 1-3, Silent Hill, Tomba 1&2, Vagrant Story

That said, don't rule out a 3DS either if it's possible to get one later down the line. Having them both reinforces the endless entertainment you'll have, but I say start with the Vita for now. There's so much to discover within just the PS1 section alone.
