Qore Customer Support?

I'm seriously annoyed now. I get qore 1 for the SOCOM beta. I never did get my email. I was only able to play in the beta thanks to NYC05 who graciously gave me his code. I say again, I never got the email for the beta. I brushed it off because I got to play but still what happened?

Now I come to find that even though I bought episode 3, I still have not got a code. I emailed Sony and they said they would fix it last time and failed.

Now I am looking to see if Qore has as line or something to help me get my email code so I can get into the R2 Beta. If i don't get an email I am going to be really upset.

Anyone got some info or help for me?

Thats wierd because I read a developers comment on the playstation blog that single buyers and annual subs would get it same time. I hope you are right because I really want to get into it. Thanks for the info.

Yeah I'm in the same situation. The beta doesn't specifically say "Annual Subscribers only", like Calling All Cars, so we should get it. If not then that is just stupid. Waste of $3.

Thats what I thought. Can anyone confirm that it is only for annual subs because I really want to know if all I have to do is wait a week. I have searched and can not find a definate answer. I just dont want to be left out in the cold here.

i know socom wasnt just for annual subs but im not sure about r2 i havent gotten my code yetrapsrule4

Anybody else try to call up sony? I called them and they said they would send me an email with help info when it came aviable. To bad the last time they said that I never got an email.

it may be time to sue sony over Qore lies same happened to me, got it for socom but never recieved email then a freind hooked me up when i email sony customer service they said oh it looks like you got your code, had to tell them my friend gave be that then they never emailed me back. We should be refunded and still get the product becuase thats false advertisement KurupSoldr

I dont know if I could sue someone but I agree. Its really upsetting when you buy something, build up hype, then just have it all thrown away. Still no code here.
