I take very good care of my systems and accessories. With that being said, WTF are u doing to ur controllers:shock:? lol, i havent broke mine ever. The controllers are great quality for those who can take care good care of their things..

If you smack or drop your controller all the time, that isnt sonys problem. Anger management...But seriously, these controllers are great. Some ppl dont take good enough care.

Take care

The only times i have had problems with ps2 controllers was when i wrapped the cord around them incorrectly. I guess that wouldn't be a problem with the wireless ones.

Ok I definitely don't take great care of my controllers and I still have my original dualshock2. Trust me, this thing has fallen from more places then I feel like naming and only has a few scrape marks on it.

I got a PS2 at launch and all of my controllers work just fine. One controller's left stick isn't quite accurate as it used to be though.

The controllers are reliable and shouldn't die on you, but I can't help feeling the non shock controllers could easily be snapped in anyones hands. They are just too light and I like medium weight chunky controllers...

If you purchased a PS2 controller every month, I would follow up by asking what was you doing with your controller??? I have my original controller with my PS2 and purchased an extra when I first got the system...my PS3 if following the same trend...

I think the controllers are very good...especially when you take care of them...

True that I still have my original dualschok 2 and I used to lasso it above my head pretending to be a cowboy .. it banged into some stuff.

Altough my dualschok 1 had the analog sticks fall off.. although that was because I had it in a bag on the bike and the analog sticks got stuck in the wheels and got ripped off :P.. but I did not really care I never used the sticks in the ps1 era anyhoo.
