How do you tell the rares from the uncommons and commons, and also ultra rares? I looked at the cards from a pack and I cant tell the difference. Are they colored different like magic the gathering,(used gold, silver etc.)????
Bottom right hand corner of the illustration on the card. Gold is ultra rare, silver is rare, black I think is common and white uncommon, albeit I could have mixed up the last two seeing as I am still waiting on the damn game from amazon.com
this is confusing! some pics have an icon in the lower right, some dont. they all have a number 1 inside a diamond but some are black, some white, and some even blue. Is there an easy way to tell? they should type, rare ultra rare etc. man o man..how frustrating...

I still dont have the game, but when I saw the tutorial, when they explained about the cards, they were using the same categories as in Magic: Gold; Silver; Black
I don't have the game yet, but I thought you might find this list helpful. If you compare your cards against the given rarity, there's sure to be some sort of pattern.
The 1 in the medal means the card is part of the first set of 110. There are rumoured to be 2 expansions coming for The Eye of Judgment. The cards rarity is as follows:- Black = Common White = Uncommon Silver = Rare Gold = Ultra Rare

and iff u want proof bye a booster pack look on the back it say 5 commons 2 uncommon and 1 rare or ultra rare open it and u will see 5 blacks 2 whites and one silver or gold.

or even perhaps a phantom witch has nothing but a pictture of its ellement no 1 or anything the only way to see the true face of a phantom card is to let the playstation eye read it and an awsome monster will appear an iff anyone needs a site for prook go to
