Does the dlc for the Blood Dragon Armor for Dragon Age: Origins and Mass Effect come with the regular PS3 version or does it only come with the Collector's Edition PS3 version?

It comes with the regular version, along with Shale.

that's too bad, I purchased the game from a friend, so I just don't get them. I always wondered if it was just good looking armor or if it was better than in game stuff.
