Question about the portable PSNIDs

I've been fiddling around with it both online and on my PS3, but I can't seem to figure out how to change the country, as well as using a custom avatar on the top left corner.

If anyone can help me with this that'd be great, thanks!

I'm pretty sure you can change it, because the country in my PSNID below mysteriously changed from England to some other country that I don't recognize.

I dont think you can upload a custom avatar. I might be wrong though.

That country would be Mexico (minus the eagle) which is directly south of my country.

That's Ireland. I live in Ireland and my ID shows the English flag? :?

srry, idk wut the italian flag looks like. that flag follows the same stripe pattern as the mexican flag, it's just missing the eagle. That's y i thought it was mexico.

yep i googled it too, your right, it's ireland. (i thought the orange was red, lol)
