question bout the PSstore

hi guys

i live in a foreign country and my credit card doesnt work with the US PSN so i had to make another account in order for my credit card to work , i just want to know if i can purchase stuff on the other account like full games and DLC and still can play it on my primary account or not. as long as it is on the same console

I heard some DLC is region locked but you can buy a game and play it on your other account. It installs to your hard drive so it will work for any profiles you have.
