Sorry, but I just need to clarify that because if it's a specific game, then "No" might be the answer; however, I save my profile, Tiger Woods 2009, for example, bring it to my friend's place and load it so we can play with our own profiles. In some cases you can do this, but NFS Carbon is another example of copyright where you can't even backup that data.
