So i see these 3 slots above the USB ports. (where you flip open the piano black veil). the slots are labeled as

CF, SD/miniSD, (some unpronounceable symbol [with the word] PRO [right next to it])

what are these ports for and what are some cool things I can do with them?

JUST TRYING TO TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF THE GREATEST MODEL FOR THE GREATEST CONSOLE EVER MADE.

Someone else will have to tell you about the other 2, (I've never used them :P) but I can tell you that the slot on the far right is used for memory sticks. I have a 2GB memory stick, and have a lot of my game saves saved on it. I'd recommend getting one. I've seen 4GB memory sticks for around $30. I bought my 2GB one a couple years ago for $20.

they are memory slots. i know sd cards are are normally used in digital cameras so u can take the card from ur camera and put in into the ps3 to view pictures. the dual pro is the type of memory stick that the psp uses, so if u have a psp u can insert that memory stick and download psp demos straight to the card

Oh I see you like me still got the 60GB ALMIGHTY version of the PS3 HAHA. but um they are memory card slots.

CF - Compact Flash Memory Card. These usually use for old professional cameras.

SD/miniSD - Secure Digital (SD) is a non-volatile memory card format developed by SanDisk, and Toshiba for use in portable devices. Today it is widely used in digital cameras, digital camcorders, handheld computers, PDAs, media players, mobile phones, GPS receivers, and video games.

Memory Stick Pro - You can use this one with your PSP and digital cameras
