I'm a good imperial citizen. So, havent played the Dark Brotherhood. I intend to start a new BAD character when i'm done with all the quests there is. But, why would you want a horse ? it rewards to travel on foot, you'll discover a lot of things, and yet, you build athletics and acrobatics. If it's too far and too lazyuse the Fast Travel.

if you are that bad steal or buy a horse :) btw i finished the all the dbh quest and i never find that horse to :(
