Well, I have no PS3 yet but it depends.... Which router modem are you switching from? Also state the model of your router. In most cases, there's no need to upgrade as performance will most likely be the same (unless you're using an extremely older modem/router)

You are having a laugh. Linksys is a brand which makes innumerable switches, gateways, routers and bridges. Which one are you referring to? Or are you going to buy the whole company in the hope one of their engineers can help you out? The chances are that, whatever you are talking about, it's not going to improve anything unless you have a truly rubbish wireless access point at the moment. What are you on about?

Just FYI: I currently have a Dlink DIR-655 which performs much better than the 3 Linksys models I have used previously
