Resistance because it has a better replay value as it has a great online community. You can play ps2 games online with a ps3 with no hassle. I was playing socom last night as well as NBA 2k5 so you're good.
damn, those are my two favorite games too for the ps3 that i got, i'd say fight night round 3, resistance was good too but fight night round 3 career mode owns and the online for fight night round 3 owns. the online for resistance fall of man was okay, but the offline was quite fun as the ai was very hard to counter.

1) Get Resistance because it has tons more value (as in, replayability). There's also a few updates coming out this spring. Plus you'll be able to play online with your Europe buddies AND us Americans. 2) Yes.
Put this in the back of your mind: There's nothing better than playing online with 40 players with awesome designed weapons, great and varied maps and different types of play. It never really gets old. Raising your character's level is something to work towards. It's real fun.
woa lighteneing speed answers. thanks you guyz.. em .. i experienced fight night on psps. and i loved it. but i dunno about the home console version. i played a little of ps2's version i like it too. and resistance is very tempting..im still thinking hard which to get .
