Question for wireless PSN users

Do you guys get randomly disconnected from PSN? When im browsin the internet or doing something on the menu, it can sometimes randomly sign me out. And its escpecially painful when im writing a long message to a friend with my ps3 controller... >_>

but when i play games, im connected the whole time. its kinda weird. i dont really care since i can play online perfectly, but im just curious if its just me. i think my connection strength varies from like 65%-75% most of the time.

oh i do know that if a cell phone is near my ps3 i cant get online, but it would have to be like right next to it, within a couple feet it seems

i can't even get my wireless to work!!

got my Wii set up fine but can only get my ps3 to work wired, how do you do it?

How do you know what % u are using my PS3 is sat right next to my wireless router but we keep getting disconnected from MOH airbourne it is annoying when you are half way through a game and then it takes about 20 mins to get into another game is it my settings?lisauk1

When you go to input your Wired/Wireless settings, Just do a quick scan for Wireless (You should find the host name, Might be the default router/modem name or whatever custom name you picked)

It tells you the % signal strength, hope this helps.

I run around 75-85% thats from Living room to Bedroom distances about maybe 15-20 feet

Thank you for your help i will check this evening, do you think my my connection being lost during MOH is due to my router or do you think it is the Playstation Network?

Maybe is your router, keep away from the big router brands, I got one from ZyXEL brand wich I never heard before, but with the reviews I couldn't go wrong, man, after 8+ months I never experience a single drop of connection.

That works fine, but it's a little bit easier to just go to Network Status (or something like that... top line under Network Settings)

That works fine, but it's a little bit easier to just go to Network Status (or something like that... top line under Network Settings)
