I'm only on level 5 and I'm broke amd cant afford a house. I'm also terrible at alteration magic. Is there any place I can store my stuff? Like a Dark Brotherbood place or somewhere?
You don't really need a house to store your items. Maybe you can store your items in a local mages/fighting guild. Or you can store them in one of the main guilds that you join, The Blades and Knights of the Nine.
store them in any shop. they will be there whenever you return. Or join the theives guild you can use the little house they sleep in. The Arena Bloodworks area is good place too.
