Question on this Playstation Plus

So I recently picked up a PS3, and with it I have a 30 day trial of Playstation Plus. Now if I were to lets say, get the Killzone 3 Multiplayer Playstation Plus exclusive upon activating my 30 day free trail of Playstation plus, if I ran out the time of the 30 days and cancelled, would I be able to still access my Playstaion Plus exclusive content? Or do you need it active still to touch the stuff? Thanks in advance.

You need PS+ to be able to use any PS+ stuff, if you decide to not renew, you lose the games.

If you buy anything at a PS+ discount, it's yours to keep after your subscription runs out.

Buy what you can on discount now, you'll be able to keep it after + expires. Don't bother with the free stuff, it won't work after your trial period. Also I recommend not renewing PS+. I subscribed last year to a 15 month deal and they have made about 3 or 4 worthwhile games available for free DL, the majority of what they give you is middle of the road titles like Tomb Raider: Underworld and Costume Quest. Quite often they offer straight up garbage, Hydrophobia, Simpsons Arcade... As far as the PSone clas5ics they offer a great game from time to time, but if you really want one of them they are generally priced at six bucks, and for that it never expires.

I'm probably going to DL AC Brotherhood, and GOW Origins Collection that have pretty good discounts now, that way I have something to show for my fifty bucks.

It's a rental service like Gamefly

You pay to rent the games, once you stop paying your ability to play the games also stops

Like Gamefly there's specials on certain games from time to time, anything you buy on sale you can still access once you stop

PS+ offers you a few other things like a download manager, auto trophy syncing, auto game and system updates and cloud storage.

Okay a few conflicting answers but basically the FREE games do not continue over (which I understand, like a rental service) and games that you pay cash money carry over, server continued or not? Sounds good!
