i downloaded the patch yesterday mornig and everything was working fine and i played hours....today i wasw plaing like 3 hours on cod 4 then the game just suddenly frooze..(thats the 1st time it ever frooze)...is that a problem....i turned off th ps3 and then turned it back on again...and the wave thing was fine and it didint freeze but i didint play..
I don't think you should worry.Maybe you should try playing again and see if it freezes again.The problems that were reported were that the console "locked" when loading games.;)
i read that the solution 2 freezing is sticking a vacuum near the vent and remove all the dust fom the s3...ive never cleande my ps3...i got it like a month ago so hopefully that will work :D
1: there is a good distance between my ps3 adn the wall 2: does "bricking: only happen for 1 game or the system......and it only happened when i was about 2 play an online match on COD 4
I had condemned 2 freeze before the menus came up so just loading the game, then other games like mgs 4 took a while before freezing since this patch. I guess we should be lucky ours even loads anything though after hearing some can't get to anything starting the ps3 up.
