QUESTIONS TO HELP ME choose MY GAME!!! plz help!!! all answers r appreciated

im looking into Call of Duty 4

-Is it worth it even though i already own resistance?

-is the online play good?

-are the online servers good?

-hows online connection?

-are there enough people that play online?

-is splitscreen good offline?

-are there rumours about split-screen online? if so, when should it come out?

i was also looking into The Orange Box but i hear EA messed up the game for Ps3 users. Also i have a brother so i need something that's good two player (i own warhawk aswell). Offline split-screen is fine but online would be awesome.

My two top choice r Call of Duty 4 or The Orange Box (im not sure if the orange box features ne two player or splitscreen online games, so info on that would be great)

other game recommendations would be nice as well as a good amount of info on these games.

WHAT IS THE BEST GAME FOR ME? (PREFERABLY SHOOTER...and i have people over usually to play so which is good?)

COD4 isn't bad either.

Well i dont think uncharted is for me becuz its one player i could just rent that beat it and return it. i have warhawk. and UT3 was something i was anticipating for almost 6 months and it disappointed me becuz no splitscreen whatsoever.....i mean it atleast needed offline splitscreen.....i was soooo pissed....and they promised online splitscreen but none of that either

hows the offline splitscreen on CoD4? and will splitscreen online eventually come out for it? i aint sure but i hear that CoD4 is like a super awesome amazing game and a good choice even if i already have resistance.

So far its between CoD4 and The Orange Box (i think orange box is droppin outta my sight too becuz i hear its mostly single player based)

i need a good game that allowed me to play with a friend or my brother, something 2 player. offline multiplayer is fine aswell

I had hoped for the offline split-screen as well, but the bot matches are really fun too, so its worth rent to at least see how you like it. If you don't go with that, COD4 is a really good game, or just wait for Haze if you want a FPS.

Well i think orange box is already off my list haha........now im hearing that UT3 might add split-screen....

My question now is......if both CoD4 and UT3 add split screen online
