hey i just got a new psp and am wondering what the best games are between the two gta games and if there are any games like darkcloud for psp

Well Vice City Stories is "better" because it has way more stuff to do and better graphics, but I liked the feel of LCS way better, felt grittier and was more fun for me to play. I have way more hours in LCS. But many people like VCS better too.
