its not big boss... its young solidus!!!

has they eye patch on the same eye as solidus, and it makes sense, looks like african desert... and on the original mag skin you see two objects walking in the distance... one tall, one short... so one is solidus and the other "jack the ripper" young raiden... also it makes more sense with all the lightning and thunder and what not...

How about a split time line game. That is you play as Big Boss after Vietnam and then switch to Raiden and then back again. It would be something that Kojima would do. And they did it in FFVII...

According to some Famitsu translators that "Big Boss" is actually another clone who supposed was already in MGS1, 2, and 4. They say his age is deceptive, so the face itself could be a lie.... Anyway. See what all they cam up with HERE.

Solidus didn't have an eyepatch until half way through MGS2. And even then it was on his left eye not his right.

wow... BIG BOSS from MGS3 looks exactly like the new unknown character

get a photo of...

- The new character

- solidus snake

- MGS 3 Big boss

and then... tell me it isnt solidus

hell... solidus has his eye patch on the left. and have you not noticed... the new character has it on the right (JUST LIKE BIG BOSS)

hmmm.... i wonder... and having solidus and "jack the ripper" (in cyborg form), would that make sense??

Yes, because Solidus would be wearing an eye patch prior to actually losing his eye? Like maybe, 20 years or so before actually losing his eye? Where was his patch when he was the President?

You can't come up with anything better than that?

Theres only two ways this could logically work

either theyre gunna reveal a new portable ops and mgs 5

or they find out theres a new clone of big boss

but the way i think of it is that Kojima has pretty much been able twist his stories from the begininng to make it "make sense" in later games.

for instance SPOILER

in the first metal gear solid i doubt he knew that he'd make the darpa chief end up to be sigint in the third one, to be revealed as the same person in the fourth.

(wow thats sound like no sense) so pretty much theres no way to expect how big boss and raiden will be able to be in the same game based on the information given on the countdown timer

According to someone at gametrailers who translated the Famitsu interview this game will be directly tied to the MGS universe and take place over the entire MGS series timeline. Basically, there will be parts from Big Boss's time, Solid's time, and so on. He also says it will play very differently. Maybe a strategy? FPS? Time warps? Fighting game? Several lead characters with their own chapters? Whatever it is, the good news is that it will be developed by the MGS4 crew. YES!!!! But Sigit was a support character that didn't even make an appearance *alive* in MGS1. Just like Para Medic/Dr. Clark. But for someone to be a main character, let alone another clone from Big Boss. It out weighs any of that by tons.

I think that would mean the game play type. Such as, the Raiden Ninja part. Then we'll get the guns and sneaking with the 'Snakes.

But the only way that would work is if each character got their own chapter.

Well, Portable Ops played pretty differentlly by allowing you to enlist your own soldiers and control them as you see fit. It offered a completely fresh take on how an MGS game could be played. However, it didn't stray too far from the core character controls. It could just mean that they offer different types of play with seperate charactes as you suggest. For instance: Raiden in mGS2 did flips and used a sword, Big Boss ate snakes and had to heal himself all rambo style, Solid likes to sneak around with guns and high tech equipment. I dunno. Maybe you'll play through chapters in different times that have to be played differently. Or... maybe I'm just guessing at it too hard. Oh, I wish E3 were tomorrow..... :(

The gameplay going to be like God Father 2 movie style... how they flash back to younger version of Vito Corleone. Basically, they will start out and play with Raiden in the present.... and it will flash back to Big Boss and Outer Heaven in the past and we will play as Big Boss... , there will be Young Solid Snake, Gray Fox....and how everything is linked together..... remember Time Paradox.

That's my theory.

I knew it was involving the White Devil somehow... I have a feeling this MGS is going to indirectly be about Raiden.
