"An Error Has Occurred" when try to subscribe to PS+

Hey there,
When I try to subscribe to PS+, I keep getting "An error has occurred" without any error codes... I am using a sub-account (I wasn't an adult when I got my PS3 back then...) so it takes money off the master account. I made sure I had enough for a year. I even tried the 3 months one. No luck. I already subscribed to PS+ in the pass with my sub-account and had no issues.

If you know what's the problem and/or how to fix it, please help =(

I got an error last night when I was purchasing a game- I went back to my cart and it worked the second time. Sounds like PSN's being glitchy right now, maybe they're doing maintenance or something... hopefully if you try again a little later it'll work.

I got an error last night when I was purchasing a game- I went back to my cart and it worked the second time. Sounds like PSN's being glitchy right now, maybe they're doing maintenance or something... hopefully if you try again a little later it'll work.

I had this problem for 2 months now, thinking it might had something to do with the network, but I don't think so since it's been that long.

When did you last purchase PS+ from your sub account? It's possible there's been a change in the Terms of Services since then. Are you able to access the master account to purchase PS+ from there?

I think it works with my master account, but I won't benefit from the cloud saving and stuff (some of my save datas are now stuck in there because I can't access it anymore...) so I don't want PS+ with master account. As for when, I have to get back home later tonight to check.
