"FREE GAMES" on PSN

There's really only that free mmo game - forget what it's called. Like the other poster said, try the PC instead. There also might be free games on PS Home, but I've never checked that out.

But yeah, if you want free goodies the consoles isn't really the place to go, pc all the way!

I think it would be immensely attractive for a console if it's network offered f2p models with micro transactions like pc games, or simply some old freebies.

We already have alot less demos than before, dunno why =/ but i guess with some big royalties needed to be payed so you can put your stuff on psn or xbla f2p games will very hardly make their way in there.

I like the idea of free games but Sony is in it to make money not be nice but if you watch the sales every week you'll find some good games quite cheap every now and then.

3 on 3 NHL Hockey was $3.00 and Young Thor was $1.25 a few weeks ago - not free but pretty close.

I think PSN should have donwloadable FREE GAMES. Of course not a game like COD, BF... i was expecting to download free games like PAC MAN or other casual games... but PSN sells ALL game they''ve got!! even dumb games. there should be any free, right??? so what's on your mind??? Pacman Championship Edition DX was on sale for $5 a couple days ago and could still be. And I bought 3-on-3 NHL Arcade for $3. Great game for a measly $3. Developers work hard on it and aren't doing it for charity. If Sony or other developers worked on a game, they should expect to make money on it as they should. I don't expect anything for free. I was happy when I got Infamous and Little Big Planet for free and PSN+ for free month. Lot of casual games for cheap on PSN and free to download on PSN+.
