TC, listen to this man. He took the words right out of my mouth.

You won't, nor should you, try and offset one employee's fanboyism with your own. Your job calls for you to be unbiased, and to help all customers to the best of your ability. You showing PS3 favoritism to offset other employees and their favoritism does nothing but cause unnecessary problems.

Good luck with the job, but be the bigger man, the better employee, and do right by the customers. Serve them, not yourself.

Nah, hot-heads oft over-look subtle things.

I went to a few stores where they were unbias, but like some people are saying give the customer what they want...make them feel good about their purchase.

Tell them the pros and cons of each console... yes people its true the PS3 has cons too I know its hard for me to beleive also. But be fair thats all I am saying.

Now on the flip side if someone comes in bashing the PS3 you put them in their place...and diamond cut their A$$
