My vita broke on tuesday and I sent it to sony. DID they give you a new vita and how long did it take you to get your vita back or your new vita?

how the hell would your vita break so fast? it has only been out for like three months unless you dropped very hard or water damage then thats reasonable, but if it just randomly turned off and never turned on again that was sony's falt, they will give you a new one
hehe that's why you've had your electronics for so long. If you don't use em of course you'll reap longevity :)my ps3 is 6 years old in june, still is perfect conidition, vita since feb 23, no scratches, perfect. Psp for 4 years, perfect condition as well, i play it very rarely. 2 hours a day.

You can easily fix that by holding the power button for 40 to 60 seconds the Vita recovery menu will appear, all you have to do is select "Restart the PS Vita System" I've experienced that blue blinking light problem on my Vita 3 times and I fixed the issue through recovery menu. You can also open the recovery menu while your Vita is in "off" state (fully powered down), just hold the PS button + R trigger + Power Button just keep holding down these buttons until the recovery menu appears.
Vita recovery menu looks like this (sorry for the blurry picture I only used my phone's camera)
