I was so bored on the beta all the people do is talk about games so its hardly a social network i knew it was going to be a game and i was glad with this idea but like you said there nothing to do.
its a beta... it has room for allot of potential. look at wow? not that i like wow... but allot of giant projects especialy online ones need time to fix bugs, test waters and expand. i expect hoem to become a great programe to show off trophies find new people to slaughter on cod and make new friends find sony info and also mini games and other activities. would be interesting to watch what it grows into.
You sir or madam are absolutely WRONG! Home was not even talked about 3 years ago to the public, so we were NOT waiting 3 yrs for this. Also, home is pretty cool to me. I have met people from my city already & even though it does get boring after awhile..it beats sitting in a chatroom with a white background & slightly moving avatars.

It started its development in 05.I believe what he was trying to say is this.In 3 years this is the best they could come up with.Maybe if they let me do crazy things like invite people back to my crib to do virtual freaky stuff.But I guess the bad people on the net would ruin it.
It's a free service that takes up no space on your hard drive, i for one quite liked it. And the Bowling and pool were surprisingly good.AzelKosMos
I agree - people who waiting for it like it's a game or something have missed the point. All it is meant to be is a fancy interfacxe to access your games, talk about games with other people and watch trailers. It's only meant to be a fancy XMB - nothing more. If you expected it to be some sort of phenomenal "game" and were let down by it then that's on you because that was never the intent of the software. It does absolutely everything it's supposed to do - and more content will be added after it gets out of BETA. It just makes me laugh that people say "it doesn't do this" or "it doesn't do that" - because HOME does absolutely everything it was designed to do. And as you pointed out - first and foremost... It's FREE - so not a single person should be complaining about it. If you had to pay for it and fealt jipped after buying it - that would be different, but being that it's free no one should be complaining.
