If so how do you get to it?

When I click it it says they want 9.99 + tax...

Oh well, not that big of a deal, it just says its still for free on my PSN banner on the dashboard so to speak. They should probably update that so its removed from the scrolling banner LOL.

What did it say when it was for free? Did it just say buy it now for $0.00 or something like that?

It just said download like downloading a demo. You didnt have to do anything like buying. Really though after going through each mode its hardly worth going back. Its good to have if you dont have any other fighting games or if you want something different to play with a friend locally.
