I too am on the fence about this game. I wish they had a demo out to download and try it out first. Especially with it getting a 9 on somesites and a 5 on another. It's a wide variation so it seems to be a "love it or hate it" type of game. I'm waiting until more verdicts are in.
haha yea cleric is like my 2nd fav class, I heard later on they get a parry and counter attack. The Game is a lot of fun guy's, It's like monster hunter but with classes like mage, hunter, cleric, assassin, swordsmen, and a beast class called hammer drill that smacks monsters all around lol.. I wouldrecommend this game for sure. DLC classes and bosses are sure to come!

A buddy of mine picked it up yesterday and sent me a txt this morning saying he loves it and asking if I got it yet. I know its just another persons opinion but we tend to have the same tastes with games fpr the most part and he really recommended it

I really do enjoy it a lot. The single player is good really for trying out each class to determine which fits your playstyle best, and it can be fun at lower levels. But the game really shines when you start playing with people online and tackle massive bosses. I LOVE the game and find it addicting. Plus with each mission having a 30 min time limit to complete it makes it a great game to pick up and play when you just need to kill a little bit of time.
yea online makes this game epic! what's even better is that the japan version got 22 DLC Missions and a bunch of new powerful weapons to upgrade and mess with.. we should be getting them soon.
im very disappointed at the game. brandish spear doesn't look like brandish spear based on ragnarok online. the combos shoud have been progressive abilities, not unlock already. i like the multiplay system, story doesn't matter since it is based on norse mythology, card system is ok but lvl up system and progressive character really killed it for being a jrpg.
