This game looks great. I've been keeping up with it ever since I heard about it coming stateside. I'm just glad that it will be releasing in a matter of weeks. At one point I wasn't even sure if it would be releasing this year.

None that I know of. I'm sure you've heard of the Mercenary Edition though. For $10 extra you get an art book/monster guide, some extra monster cards that help with your stats, and I believe a soundtrack. That is the only bonus deal I've heard of, but of course it comes with a price. What class do you think you'll start with? I plan to use the Assassin first.

I wonder if the cards you get from mercenary edition, can be obtained throughout the game.. Anyways I really like how the hammersmith deals beast damage, but I will probably start off with the cleric, class looks fun imo. All the classes look really good actually! Assassins attacking speed looks addictive.

Can any of you 'mericans confirm it's official release date? I mean based on what you've been told by local retailers and not internet speculation?

Unfortunately Ragnarok is yet another title that has no planned Aussie release date evil.gif

Thank God the Vita's region free! big_smile.gif

XSeed hasn't given a release date yet. They only confirm that it will definitely release in October.

It does look nice, and I could use a newer game. I think I'll wait for reviews. It kind of has that PSO sort of vibe, but I already want to get PSO2 so I'm not sure if I would get this yet. I also couldn't get into Ragnarok Online when I tried it, so I hope this wouldn't be like that.

Thanks for the replies JCMac and Bigboi, much appreciated, but I'm inclined to share Granpire's reasoning. I ended up pre-ordering a copy from a reputable online retailer who've listed it's release as the 16th of this month though from what I can gather, that date was scrapped a few weeks back. Kinda regretting not just importing the english asian version months ago sad.gif
