Since they're in a cage then there is no escape from the "Snake". It will bite him to death.

Considering Snake has taken down multiple enemies more badass than Raiden in his career I'm certain he could dispatch Raiden somehow. Especially since Raiden needs a super cyborg ninja suit to be badass in the first place.Canvas_Of_Flesh
