I think its a fair score. The graphics have been downgraded a little from what I hear. But you could probably only tell from side by side comparisons. 10 extra maps more then makes up for it.
things are starting to turn aroundfor the ps3 instead of all the bad news and scores we gotgame scoresand good news i know its just one game but thats a start
Well, I'm getting it on tuesday, but by the looks of it, the score seems good. Even with downgraded graphics, the extra maps ect make it worth it mainly because 360 owners have to pay for things that we get for free (:
i had a 360 a while ago and i can tell you that i cant see any real difference in graphics. I did notice a few frame rate issues, nbot that bad though. There is some lag, but thank goodness for patchs ;) The game is a good buy and that, along with Ninja Gaiden Sigma, are more than enough to hold you till August ( LAIR ;) )

would have felt better about the score if it was the old scoring system with this new one it seems a bit easier since you cant get in between, its like they changed the system just to make people happier so it looks like its getting a better score just IMO i didnt lke the rb6 even on the 360 not to say its probably not like by many just no by me

If Resistance gets a 9 on the new system, than Gears get's a 10, because you're obviously rounding up. So basically Gears got a 10 and thus is the first perfect game of this generation,...using your logic of course.
Still waiting for their first fair review of a PS3 exclusive game. Scoring a game good when it more or less matches the version made for another system isn't rocket science - nor proof that they have changed their agenda.
If one exclusive PS3 title sold in stores gets a 9.0 or above from these editors this year I'll be shocked.
i heard the maps on the 360 version are for free now, can anyone confirm this? its kind of funny if this is true since people who brought R6V along with the map packs got themselves owned by Microsoft
