His friend probably bought it for $40, played through it, and is selling it used for $20 to his friend ;) The friend isn't a retailer :P Also, you can possibly find this game at some Best Buys for $10 with the front lane games....only specific Best Buys have had the deal though, so you'd be extremely lucky to find one at that price.

The Best Buys in my area don't have such a deal. They sell it for $40. If I saw it for $10 I would buy all of them I could and sell them on eBay for $20 - $30. ;)
