Ratchet and Clank A port

I was just wondering if Sony has ever said if Ratchet and Clank future tools of Destruction is just a port from the PSP game Ratchet and Clank Size matters. Here on gamespot if you go to this link you'll see that the PS3 game (tools of destruction) says that its on the PSP. When you clink this link it shows the size matters game.

I noticed that too about a week ago. Gamespot just messed up the pages on those two games.

Does this look like a PSP port?
