Ratchet and Clank Future: TOD Demo?

So i finally bought a PS3 after the price drop in the UK and to my dismay i found no demo for R&C as this is one of the main reasons i bought a PS3 (price drop being the main) so my question is when is the demo coming out for us Europeans please.

Is it as easy as making a japan account on my 360? create a hotmail account with a US address (do i needa post code?) and then use that email address to sign up for a new user ID on my PS3?

I believe if you set up a sub account with an american zip code you can dl it. But you have to drive on the other side of the road for a week.

Well i made my american yahoo account with that zip code that was posted but how do i create a new profile on my PS3? i created a new user but that dosent even ask for any details and nothing changed there

What do i need to do plz?
