It's art direction is more kiddy and stuff, but the game itself is not, it's actually got some crude humour that kids wouldn't understand and such but older people do. The actions is intense and fun trust me it's a great game. And UYA is great with online.

Ratchet and Clank: Deadlocked was the first game I got for my PS2 since I bought it in 2005 when the slim vesion came out and it was a really great experience so I can't wait until this game comes out :Djacky531

I don't think you'll miss out on the story too much, but all of the R&C games are DEFINITELY worth playing. At the very least you should rent them.
