Ratchet and Clank question...

Hey, I'm at the last boss in the game, but i ran out of bolt, lol and i need ammo. So if i leave using my ship and get more bolts when i return will i still be at the boss, or will have I have to do the lvl over again?:)

I went and got some bolts and came back and yeah used the tele and it took me right back to otto
