It most-likely won't happen. Though you & I liked them, most critics and more than a few players felt the games were a failed experiment at best. In order to re-issue them, they'd most-likely have to re-write the net code in order to get it to work properly on PS3/ PSN, and that's more work than it's worth to the bean-counters, I'm sure. The recent Silent Hill "collection" was a mess of glitches which weren't in the original games, and there were more than a few graphic hiccups, not to mention the altered voice acting... I gotta say, these re-issues are disappointing, and no "upgrade-update" in my eyes if they're going to glitch them up, so I'm sticking with originals.
I still have my PS2 copies, and there are ways to still play "File 1 & 2" online. Lookie here, friends:
